The IsatPhone Pro includes (starting from top and going clockwise), 4 International AC power adapters, the vehicle power charger, the AC/DC charger (that uses one of the 4 International AC adapters), Software and Documentation, a Sim Card, Wrist Strap, Ear Bud / Microphone, and a USB to Micro USB data cable.

To open up the Battery/Sim Card compartment, use a coin and turn the screw 90 degrees.
|
The Sim Card tray slides down, and then will pivot up to receive the sim card. Make sure to slide the flat tray back up so that it "clicks" the sim card into place.
